Some of the ways in which Box.net can be used:
Contact lists; shared folders which can be updated & changed when working on projects together; storage for meeting minutes which can be accessed by staff members; PowerPoint slides for presentations or basically any info that can be shared.
I thought it was a similar concept to a PBWiki & very easy to use. It worked for me & yes I would promote it.

Hi de hi and welcome back to web 2.0 :-) Will pass on to Danielle your thanks re: Stieg Larsson interview :0) And, by the way, what a FANTASTIC newsletter you put together for August!!! Danielle and I were both very impressed with it :) I like the fact that Box.net is very easy to use - so easy I kept looking for the hitch. Then there wasn't one. This week I find that there is - it will no longer allow us to upload files from our staff pcs *groans* YAY you for wanting to promote it!
